It was my mom's birthday as well

and.. my friend Matet's birthday

and my roommate's best friend's birthday.

Made in China

Notice that they are cheaper compared to products from US, Finland (like Nokia), Japan or even Philippines - that's one factor people tend to consider.

 

The cheap price is not because it's of low quality - it's because they have POOR if NO LABOR LAWS at all in China. They have oppressed workers. Capitalists around the world pull out their businesses from their countries to invest in China. They get to save, they get to exploit, we benefit from it (though thought to have low quality).

 

I just had a call - the customer wants to know where the cameras are manufactured.

Hikab

Lagi ko naiimagine na binabaril ko ang mga maiingay kong kapitbahay. Kung hindi sila nagchichismisan eh nag-aaway away sila sa oras na dapat ako ay tulog.

Minsan.. tahimik. Biglang may marinig.. nagkakapukpukan. Pagsilip, mga lata o di kaya'y nagkakarpintero.

Nakakaiyak. Pero sige lang. Pumipikit ako at nagagawa kong isipin na iniisa-isa ko sila.. Parang video game. Napapanatag ako. Nakakatulog.

Ayaw ko silang ireklamo. Ayaw ko silang awayin. Ayaw ko silang kahit pagsabihan dahil sa oras na yun - natural na gising ang mga tao. Sa tingin ko, hindi dapat sirain ang "order" ng kanilang buhay dahil ang routine nila ang "normal".

Kaya sa nabuo kong mundo. Pagkatapos ng barilan. May katahimikan.
